Our Family
Little Minds Home Daycare is truly a family-run childcare home in every sense of the word. Led by Anthony, our Director, Little Minds is built on the belief that children thrive best in a loving, relationship-centered environment that feels like home.
Anthony works alongside his wife, Kristen, whose nurturing heart helps create a warm and welcoming space for every child. Kristen’s mother, lovingly known as Gramz (Onika), brings the comforting presence of a grandmother that children naturally gravitate toward. Anthony’s sister, Heather, and her daughter, Alexis, are also part of the Little Minds family team, helping create the joyful, supportive atmosphere that makes our daycare so special. Completing our family are Anthony and Kristen’s children, AJ and Aubri, who bring the fun, friendship, and “big sibling” energy that many of our daycare children adore.
At Little Minds, childcare is more than a service—it’s family caring for families, and every child who walks through our doors becomes part of that family too.

With over 17 years of experience serving youth through recreational programs, Little League sports, and daycare leadership, Anthony brings both passion and expertise to early childhood care. His education includes Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Early Childhood Education.

With experience in education, child-focused care, and early learning, Ms. Kristen brings compassion, patience, and a nurturing approach to childcare. Her background supporting children and families helps create a safe, encouraging environment where every child can grow.

Known affectionately as “Gramz” around the daycare, Onika brings warmth, patience, and a nurturing heart to every child she cares for. With years of experience in our daycare, she helps create the loving family atmosphere that makes Little Minds feel like a second home.

Daycare Big Brother
AJ
Having grown up in the Little Minds family, AJ has spent his entire life around young children and the joyful energy of a daycare environment. While not a caregiver, he naturally fills the role of a kind and trusted “big brother” to the children—playing games, building friendships, and bringing laughter to their day. Gentle, caring, and full of heart, AJ is often one of the children’s favorite people, and parents quickly hear all about him at home.
